Privacy Policy

Dakulator is engineered to function entirely without collecting personal information. You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any credentials to use the equation solver, step-by-step breakdowns, or mathematical features.

The only feature in Dakulator that communicates with an external server is the voluntary In-App Feedback Feature. When you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, questions, or bug reports through this form, the only data intentionally collected is the specific text you enter into the feedback field.

All feedback can be submitted entirely anonymously without any personal linkage.

Notice: Please do not include passwords, payment information, or personal identifiers in the feedback text field.

In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1, applications should only request permissions that are essential to core features. Dakulator adheres strictly to this principle:

• No Camera Permission: Dakulator does not access your device's camera.
• No Microphone Permission: Dakulator does not record or process audio.
• No Location Access: Dakulator does not request GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular location.
• No Contacts or Photo Library: Dakulator does not read or request access to your contacts or personal photos.
• No App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Dakulator does not track users across other companies' apps or websites.

All mathematical computations, equation parsing, and formula breakdowns execute 100% locally on your device.

We use voluntarily submitted feedback exclusively for engineering and product improvement purposes:

• Identifying and resolving mathematical engine calculation bugs
• Understanding user equation requests (e.g. polynomials, matrices, calculus)
• Enhancing step-by-step breakdown clarity and readability
• Prioritizing UI/UX optimizations and user-requested features

We never use submitted feedback for advertising, user profiling, commercial data resale, or behavioral targeting.

Voluntarily submitted feedback is stored securely in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, a managed cloud database provided by Google LLC.

Because submissions contain no name, email address, or account ID, they are stored as isolated, anonymous text entries. Data in transit between the Dakulator app and Firebase is encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 bit encryption on Google Cloud infrastructure.

To eliminate any ambiguity during App Store reviews or user audits, Dakulator does not collect:

If you purchase a digital upgrade, premium feature, or subscription within Dakulator, all transactions are processed entirely and securely by Apple Inc. via the Apple App Store (StoreKit) or by Google LLC via Google Play Billing.

Exdreme Dev LLC does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or billing addresses. Payment authorization is conducted through Apple's or Google's secure payment infrastructure. Apple and Google provide us only with anonymous receipt confirmation tokens indicating active entitlement status.

Dakulator includes zero advertising SDKs (no Google AdMob, no Unity Ads, no Meta Audience Network) and zero behavioral analytics trackers.

We do not participate in cross-app data sharing, data broker exchanges, or user fingerprinting. The only third-party cloud infrastructure utilized is Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, strictly for voluntary feedback collection as detailed in Section 4.

Exdreme Dev employs commercially reasonable technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to protect any data submitted through our applications. Firebase Cloud Firestore uses enterprise-grade infrastructure with strict security rules that prohibit public unauthorized reading or tampering.

Anonymous feedback is retained only for the duration necessary to review reported equation bugs or develop feature enhancements, after which it is routinely purged.

Because feedback is stored without personal identifiers (no user accounts or email links), we generally cannot locate an individual submission unless you provide the exact timestamp and literal text of your submission. If you believe you accidentally submitted personal information, email us at team@exdremedev.com with the submission details, and we will promptly search and delete the record.

Dakulator is a general audience mathematics application designed to assist students, educators, engineers, and everyday users. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and global child protection regulations:

• Dakulator does not require an account or collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
• The application contains no behavioral tracking, targeted advertisements, or social networking features.
• If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has submitted personal details in the feedback box, please contact us at team@exdremedev.com for immediate deletion.

Depending on your location, you hold statutory rights regarding your personal information under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA):

• Right to Know & Access: You may request confirmation of what data we process.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the deletion of any data you submitted.
• No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: Exdreme Dev LLC has never sold, rented, or shared personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and will never do so.
• Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against any user who exercises their privacy rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in Dakulator's features, cloud architecture, or statutory regulatory standards.

All updates are published directly to this URL (https://exdremedev.com/dakulator-privacy), and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy will be updated accordingly. Continued use of Dakulator constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Dakulator was built to solve math equations, not harvest personal data. It requires no signups, requests no sensitive device permissions, serves zero ads, and respects your right to private, unmonitored computation.
